Thank you, Father Paddy for the great website. I can't really see my Mother and Dad's grave but the photos take me close.

Thanks for your positive feedback. If you need any assistance locating your parents graves, email me the surnames and approx dates of burial and I will try and find their plot reference.

Anthea, I have just searched all the surnames for "Fontana" and it is not listed. Do you have any further details (eg: year of death, Christian name etc?)

A new section has been added with an overhead plan of the cemetery with prominent headstones and their positions (latitude and longitude etc.) This should facilitate the visual location of graves by noting their plot reference and counting the number of graves from that spot.

Thank you for such a well-done site! I am doing genealogy on my 3rd great grandmother and have found a matching name - Bridget Reid, in St Bridget's section, grave #144. I can't be sure it's her but am wondering if you would mind checking that site and possibly sending a photo if there is a stone? I am all the way in Bonita Springs, Florida and don't think I'll ever get the chance to come in person. Are there any other Reids in the same area?

Been to St Michaels today to have a look for my gt gt gmother (and her nearly born ofsprings) grave O42. Her name was Eliz Neil and had been allegedly murdered by gt gt gfather but he only got 6 mths hard labour which was not much prob for a stonemason!! Looks like O42 is some sort of communual grave - many unrelated ones buried there - is that true? I was adopted in 1948 and have been doing research into family for past couple of years. Her muredr is all documneted in Sheff Library in newspapers for April 1900. Not dead (!!) sure where O42 is but have good idea.

Thanks Brian. The plot O/42 is high up on the hill and not very accessible. I am not sure if Elizabeth Neil was murdered but our records show she died aged 35 in April 1900. There are 17 interments in that grave as listed below by order of Surname: -

I visited the cemetery earlier this week, the grass has been cut around the graves above the chapel, this is where my Grandads grave is and it does tend to get very over grown. So can I just say thank you for all the recent work that has been done to tidy the whole area in general.

Thank you for your help. Found the grave very quickly. It was a very good spot in the only flat ground. The copper beach tree give the location a nice feel.
